Alistair Forsyth Ygr of that Ilk
Alistair has been practicing for 28 years with extensive experience in the Sheriff Court both First Instance and at appellate level, Court of Session, both Outer and Inner House, Disciplinary and Employment Tribunals Land Court, Licensing Boards and Panning Enquiries.
He is also a full-time sole practitioner Barrister in England and Wales going to Courts throughout the country.
Alistair practices in all areas of Civil Law and in particular:
Personal Injury, Professional Negligence, Insurance Law, Employment Law, Wills and Succession, Commercial, Property, Children Referrals, Insolvency, Licensing, Family Law and Heraldry and Peerage, whilst staying open to new areas.
