What is Direct Access ?
Direct access (or Public Access) is a scheme qualifying barristers to take instruction directly from you and without going first through a solicitor.
As a client or organisation needing legal advice or representation in court, this could save you money in legal fees and the barrister’s role remains the same.
You have the benefit of a personal connection with just one contact who can answer all your questions.
My experience in the law ensures that you are expertly guided and represented without needing a solicitor.
